Tego Calderon cares for a C.H.I.L.D

Nueva York, 05.mar.2007.-The Puerto Rican reggaeton singer Tego Calderon announced last Saturday that he joined the Coalition Pro Defense of the Children and C.H.I.L.D organization, and together are going to release a new campaign directed to the Latin population. The reggaetonero wants people to be aware of child abuse.

In previous occasion Calderon have shown his interest for the wellness of children and today he is showing it more than ever. "I feel the right to be here, is a responsibility. I have a daughter, who is not with me, and she is the light of my eyes, and the situation of child abuse in Puerto Rico worries me a lot", said the reggaetonero.

The singer explained that by seen so many abusers walking the streets have awakened his worries to his own reality, since he doesn't have the custody of his daughter. "I don't know who sleeps next to her. This worries me a lot", revealed Calderon.

The Puerto Rican artist is also promoting his latest album The Underdog, and at the same time he will continue supporting various campaigns and activities in favor of the Hispanic kids.
