SBS may utilize a users' sensitive personal data to create and aggregate generalized cohorts that will not be traceable to the individual user. However, if the user chooses to share their personal data with a third party to enter into an SBS contest, and/or if the user is selected as a contest winner, SBS may retain the user’s personal data to prevent the same user from winning multiple contests and to ensure that other users have an opportunity to win under the contest policies.
